Worked with Scott the internet manager through email. He wasn’t available the time my wife and I went in to check out the car we were going to buy, so he hooked us up with Rocky, another internet sales manager. We arrived late the other day, and Rocky was fixing to go home. HOWEVER, Rocky still tended to our needs, didn’t make anything feel rushed and notified us that the car we wanted had sold already, but another was coming that night. We took a chance and came back the following day and the car she wanted was there. During the deal we worked with Rocky and he gave us a great discount on the car and savings on the oil changes for as long as we own the vehicle. Furthermore, he was extremely polite and kind, explaining everything in Layman’s terms to my wife who was a first time car buyer. We never felt forced into anything we didn’t want and ended up in getting a better deal than our credit union with the Lexus financing. Overall, best car buying was experience I ever had out of all my car purchases and it had a positive lasting impression on my wife. Will definitely come back for another car!
